Beyond chatbots: shipping LLM features that survive production

Most LLM demos break the moment they meet real users. In this long-form piece we walk through the playbook we use across finance, healthcare and public-sector clients to keep them alive — covering evaluation, observability, fallbacks and the operational rituals that separate a prototype from a product.

FAQ

Insights questions, answered.

06 · Questions

01

How often do you publish?

+

About one essay a month — sometimes more when a piece grows out of recent project work. We would rather publish less often and have it be worth reading than chase a content calendar.

02

Who writes these essays?

+

The engineers who shipped the work. Every piece is written or co-written by a Talee practitioner, with at least one second engineer reviewing for accuracy. No ghostwritten content marketing.

03

Can we republish or quote your essays?

+

Short quotes with a link back are welcome. For full republication, get in touch — we are happy to license pieces to trade press, academic newsletters and industry publications.

04

Do you offer talks or workshops on these topics?

+

Yes. We run private workshops for client engineering teams and speak at industry conferences. Topics include LLM evaluation, MLOps, lakehouse migration and applied vision systems.

05

How can I suggest a topic?

+

Email Hello@talee.co.uk with the question you want answered. If it overlaps with work we are doing, it goes on the shortlist.

06

Is there an RSS feed?

+

Yes — and a low-volume monthly newsletter with the same content. Both are available from the subscription form above. No tracking pixels, unsubscribe in one click.
